8. MINIMAL INCONVENIENCE
Many contractors leave you without countertops for days or weeks, If we are removing the countertops we remove them the same day and we advise you schedule your plumber right after we finish or the very next morning, that’s why we keep you informed of when we are installing.
Or if we are not removing your countertops and you are removing them yourself we’ll contact you in advance to let you know the exact date of Installation.

We are also associated with a PLUMBING COMPANY that offers professional services and discounter prices to our customers, plus offer priority placing on his schedule for our customers (which means we schedule everything for you and you save more on plumbing services because we pass the savings to you).

9. LOW COST MAINTENANCE FOR LIFE (if needed but not
necessary).
Sealing: Natural Stone is low maintenance but you do need to seal at least once a year (depending on usage). If you are a customer of ours we only charge a low fee for going to your home and doing this for you. And for those DIY customers, you can always call us and we’ll tell you how to apply and give you tips for maintaining your countertops.
Chips: Some stones are harder and denser than others, so depending on customer usage and edge profile you chose, sometimes you can cause a chip (hitting it with a heavy item on corner will cause a chip). Just keep the piece of granite that you chipped on accident, and call us so we can go take care of it.
When it’s a break (crack or something of that nature) that just happens by itself, call us and we’ll take care of it free of charge (covered by our warranty) because that shouldn’t have happened if properly installed.
